Pregnancy tips.

Standing Posture:
You can check that you are standing in the right way with the help of a full length mirror.Lengthen and straighten your back so that the weight of the baby is centered and supported by your thighs, buttocks and stomach muscles. This will help prevent backache and tone up your abdominal muscles, making it easier for you to regain your figure after delivery.
Work:
Do as much as you can at floor level instead of bending over.
Getting up from bed:
Always turn on your side when you have been lying down. Then move into a kneeling position.Use the strength of your thighs and hands to push yourself up;keep your back straight.
Sleeping position:
As the fetus grows within the uterus, lying on your back is not good due to pressure on the inferior vena cava,a major vein that returns blood from the lower body to the heart. In addition the increased pressure on the back and intestines can cause discomfort.Sleeping on the stomach should be avoided, because it will put pressure on the fetus.
The best sleeping position is on her side, especially the left side, because it allows maximum blood flow to the fetus and improves kidney function in the mother. This helps to reduce any swelling.Placing a pillow between the knees can help her to sleep more comfortably on her side.
