BENEFITS OF FRUITS FOR ORGANS
Nature gives plenty of fruits and vegetables for us.It is interesting to note that fruits and vegetables resembling the shapes of the organs of our body and if eaten regularly they are useful and beneficial to that organ. Walnut - Brain
Almonds,GREENS -Eyes
Apple,Pomigranate-Heart
Grapes -Lungs
Cashewnuts,Beans -Kidney
Mango,Papaya,Pumpkin-Stomoch
Pears,Guava, Bananaflower, -Ovary
Bitter guard -Spleen'
So let us eat all suitable fruits to remain healthy.
